Wizeline Service Agreement

Welcome to Wizeline.com (the “Site”), provided by Wizeline, Inc., and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent company, and/or other related companies (“Us”, “We”, or Wizeline). This Wizeline.com Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the information we gather from you when you use the Site and related services (together, the “Services”) and how we use, process, and disclose that information. We may add to this Policy with other notices. We may also post additional privacy statements for some portions of the Services. By submitting personal information through our Services, you expressly consent to the transfer of your personal data to our servers in the U.S. for our collection, use, and disclosure in accordance with this Policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

We collect information about you in various ways when you use our Services. For example, we collect your name, email address, employer, job title, demographics, and other information you provide us on our Services. You may be required to associate a third party account (e.g. Google Apps) with your Wizeline Accout in order to use the Services, and in such case we will collected your name, email address, avatar image, and API token on record with such third party. We also may collect and process payment information if you purchase services through our Site. We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect on our Services.

If you invite a participant to join in a survey or project that you host on the Service, we will collect their name and email address from you.

When you visit our Site, some information about your visit is automatically collected by Wizeline’s systems. For example, when you visit our Sites your computer’s operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and the websites you visited before our Sites are logged automatically. We also collect information about your usage and activity on our Sites including information you submit as a part of surveys or projects.

  • Cookies. We automatically collect information using “cookies.” Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. Among other things, cookies help us improve our Sites and your experience. We use cookies to see which areas and features are popular and to count visits to our Sites.
  • Web Beacons. We also collect information using Web beacons. Web beacons are electronic images used on our Sites and in our emails. We use Web beacons to deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage, and to tell if an email has been opened and acted upon.

Other third parties may collect information about you through our Sites, including personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Sites. For example, Google Analytics provides us with analytics services and may collect the type of information described above.

USE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

We may also share aggregated or anonymized information in a form that does not directly identify you.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Wizeline takes reasonable steps to help protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

YOUR INFORMATION CHOICES AND CHANGES

You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails from Wizeline by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt-out of promotional emails, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your account or our ongoing business relations. You may also make requests about changes to your information or removal of your content by following the directions in your account or by contacting support@wizeline.com.

When you visit our Site, we and others give you the following choices about use of mechanisms for tracking, including tracking of your online activities over time and across different websites and online services by third parties. Many Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies from Wizeline.
