From the Open Road to Healthcare Data, Connected Consumers Create Powerful Communities

In today’s hyper-connected world, the ability to bridge the gap between brands and consumers, and even consumers with each other, is paramount. At Wizeline, we’ve discovered that true connection goes beyond mere transactions; it’s about fostering experiences that resonate deeply, building communities, and empowering individuals. This journey has taken us from the open road to the intricate world of healthcare data, revealing the power of technology to forge meaningful connections.

Our story begins with a global motorcycle brand, an icon of freedom and adventure. What started as a simple technical support role evolved into a deep partnership, one that allowed us to experience the thrill of the open road firsthand. Initially, we focused on their mobile applications, but our commitment and expertise quickly earned their trust, leading us to support their connected devices. This was a pivotal moment, a chance to work with a beloved brand and its iconic machines and help them connect riders like never before around critical issues such as:

  • Proactive Safety – Assist riders with maintenance, including proactively anticipating, avoiding and getting out of dangerous situations;
  • Social Planning & Group Riders – Help Rides with planning, navigation and social interactions, so anyone can find, build, share and explore group rides;
  • Remote Bike Security – Integrated opportunities to protect and track bikes across their ecosystem;
  • Seamless Connectivity – Enable riders to conveniently connect to digital tools as well as fellow riders.

The nearshore model proved ideal for this project, allowing seamless collaboration and efficient communication. As our involvement grew, we began working on their Bluetooth applications, receiving hardware that allowed us to fine-tune the pairing experience between the motorcycle and the mobile app, thus creating even more connectivity opportunities between riders, their bikes and their applications. We transformed our Guadalajara office into a testing facility and ‘connectivity lab and garage,’ ensuring the security and confidentiality for the hardware and our work.

Our relationship deepened, and we expanded our scope to include QA, traveling frequently to support a major new model hardware launch. We also tackled the challenge of seamless Bluetooth connectivity with Apple iOS, achieving government review and support. This led to further collaboration on new features and digital integrations, all designed to create a seamless “hands-off” experience for riders.

Our nearshore model gave us a unique perspective, allowing us to understand the culture and experience that surrounds this iconic brand. It’s not just about the motorcycle; it’s about the community and the feeling of freedom. And now, through a recent hackathon, we’re exploring how AI within the mobile app can further enhance these connected experiences.

Moving from the open road to the complexities of healthcare, we’re also working with a leader in cloud-based, data-powered healthcare solutions. This organization, a clearinghouse for insurance companies and healthcare providers, handles vast amounts of data related to approvals and coverage. Recognizing the potential for AI to streamline their operations, they partnered with Wizeline to leverage our Agentic AI capabilities.

The goal was to automate routine tasks, freeing up their team to focus more of their attention on personalized care and more patient-centric conversations. Agentic AI agents now search through databases, identifying clauses and examples to expedite approvals and denials. What once took hours of manual research now takes minutes. We’ve built agents tailored to specific data sets, significantly increasing productivity.

Leveraging our WizeCores platform, we’ve also accelerated development time. By applying our experience from similar projects, we’ve reduced development time by 33%, and we expect this number to continue to improve. Instead of focusing on building blocks, we can concentrate on solving core problems.

These two examples, though vastly different in industry, demonstrate our expertise in creating connected consumer experiences.
