CDPQ Completes Previously Announced Purchase of Majority Stake in Wizeline
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, AND MONTRÉAL, QC — September 22, 2021 — Wizeline, a global technology services provider that partners with clients to build high-quality digital products and platforms, today announced that Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), a global investment group, has completed the previously announced purchase of its majority ownership of the Company. Apax Digital Fund, which has been a majority owner since 2018, remains as a shareholder of the Company.
