Wizeline hires Jorge Sanchez Cuadra, former IBM & Microsoft executive, as Managing Director for Spain & Portugal

San Francisco, Oct. 13, 2020 — Wizeline, a fast-growing global technology company focused on software design and development services, has recently appointed Jorge Sanchez Cuadra as Managing Director of Spain and Portugal. Wizeline’s operations today include nearly 1,000 employees across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

This new leadership role comes at a critical time for Wizeline, as the company is expanding quickly into new markets. Jorge will lead business development in Iberia and leverage his more than two decades of consulting and technology experience to the company.

Throughout his career, Jorge has held various executive roles leading global initiatives across telecommunications, media, banking, and insurance industries. Prior to joining Wizeline, Jorge was Technical Executive CTO at IBM. Before IBM, Jorge spent 15 years at Microsoft and held different executive positions within the Consulting Services and Enterprise Software divisions.
