You can now track rolled up cost estimates at the feature, release, initiative and product level in Wizeline. This means that folks like program and portfolio managers can keep track of cost along with every other element of their plan in Wizeline, across teams and product lines. You can also customize the units of cost for each product, making it easy to know how many hours, dollars, story points or cups of coffee a given set of work will take to deliver.
You’ll first want to define what ‘cost’ means to your team – just follow the directions here to name your unit of measure. You will then be able to see how many of those units deliver what’s above the line in your release, for example. Take a look at our article in Wizeline Docs for more info.
