The solutions team at Wizeline helps our clients achieve value through technology solutions.

Hi, I’m Julián Limón, director of Solutions at Wizeline. In this video, I will be talking about how we help our clients design and build technology solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

We first set out to identify the business challenges that they may have, their business problems, the outcomes and goals that they are trying to achieve and we do that through our five main practices:

  • Product Development
  • DevOps and Cloud
  • Data and Artificial Intelligence
  • Application Evolution
  • and Design.

The solutions team is really our client’s first technical contact with Wizeline. We inquire about what got them here and what is the specific challenge they’re trying to solve with technology.

We also –  through calls and high-level conversations – try to identify what they tried in the past. What has worked, what hasn’t worked, as well, as any constraints that they may have in their environments. Those constraints may be associated with technology constraints, business constraints, states, budget, or any other business constraint or limitation that they may have.

We also explain how would work based on three main areas: our talent, our technology, and our processes.

Our talent uses really a product mindset into everything that we do. We don’t just apply technology for technology’s sake, we apply the right technology that helps our clients achieve a particular need, and that really colors the way we hire, the way we attract, the way we assemble teams, and the way we work with those teams for clients.

We have deep technology expertise to help our clients choose and select the best tech stack for their needs; we think both in terms of the present, as well as the future, that enables us to design and build architectures that can scale, but at the same time can be pragmatic, and can work with existing environments and with existing limitations.

We make recommendations about what, when, and how to build, based on our data-driven cloud-native approach to developing.

And finally processes, we work in multidisciplinary teams, this all starts with shared understanding of goals, needs, users, and environment; and then based on those needs and those ultimate goals, we go down to specific outcomes that we set out to achieve in every single iteration.

We execute those iterations in a very Agile fashion that is always driven by value. Ultimately, we help our clients achieve both a technological and cultural transformation.

We help clients that are necessarily digital-native, cloud-native, or data-native, to transform to a company that is fully digital, which is really where how all companies need to be in this new environment.

When we start working with a client, we normally start with a small project. That project has specific outcomes and specific needs, and that small project, we set our best practices around technology, around processes, around how to listen to clients, and how to design and build architectures.

Our clients very quickly see the results of that specific initial project.

Over time, we expand into more and more projects that also use those best practices. We believe that this bottom-up approach is the best way to transform a company.

Many of our clients look totally different a year after working with us.

They have become a lot more user center, they have become a lot more nimble. They have become also a lot quicker to react and they have established much better processing. And ultimately much better business outcomes.
