To help foster innovative ways of thinking and doing, we’re introducing an all-encompassing program tailored for professionals in Jalisco who are seeking to gain collaborative expertise in effectively managing and deploying machine learning models in real-world contexts. This initiative was born under the umbrella of G.A.I.L, the Gen AI Lab recently founded by Wizeline and Tecnologico de Monterrey.
This training incorporates various innovations to align the learning experience with real-life team dynamics:
- Participants: Professionals from four different disciplines that connect in an MLOps cycle will be part of each training cohort: data engineers, data scientists, site reliability engineers, and software engineers.
- Facilitation and mentoring: A diverse group of subject matter experts will lead the training, mirroring the profiles of the professionals participating in the program.
- Outcome: This training aims to advance the development of individual skills and to promote a culture of understanding and collaboration among all professionals involved in the complete MLOps cycle.
- Continuous improvement: MLOps is swiftly evolving, and new approaches are constantly surfacing. The main principles of this training center around being able to acknowledge and integrate new elements throughout the journey, leading to meaningful discussions and reflections for the participants.
