As we continue to establish Wizeline Vietnam as a prominent presence in the local community, we’re thrilled to have launched the #WizeCommunity Events. Our mission is to champion diversity, innovation, adaption, and lifelong continuous learning within the ever-changing tech ecosystem and community.
The opening event took place at our Ho Chi Minh City office and featured a talk called “Work Smarter and Play Harder with Generative AI. We were joined by over 50 participants, all captivated by the transformative impact of generative AI technologies in their professional lives.
Work Smarter and Play Harder with Generative AI Talk
Our inaugural #WizeCommunity event was a spotlight highlighting the transformative potential of generative AI. Attendees ranging from IT professionals to engineering students had the opportunity to explore the potential of artificial intelligence technology in depth.
In our presentation, ChatGPT stood out as a prime example of how conversational AI interfaces can optimize day-to-day tasks and enhance the customer experience. With millions of users worldwide, this machine learning AI tool has captured an enthusiastic global audience. ChatGPT is merely an introduction to the expansive universe of generative AI, however, and we look forward to the potential work optimizations of the future.
By also touching upon advancements like AlphaCode and GitHub Copilot, we emphasized the potential of large language models (LLMs). Our intention is to foster a knowledgeable tech community that’s equipped to both contribute to and benefit from this rapidly advancing field.
Four engineers were featured at this #WizeCommunity event guided by Phi Tran, Account Program Manager. They shared their expertise and insights into contemporary workplace innovations: their learnings through these practical workplace innovations.

- “Work Out with Your AI Physical Trainer,” by Ha Ho, Senior Software Engineer: Ha introduced the WizeRunner App, an initiative from our APAC Engineer Team. Later renamed WizeHealth, the app employs AI to offer customized fitness plans, enhancing personal workout experiences with OpenAI technology.
- “An AI Approach to Evaluating Candidate Profiles” by Duc Nguyen, Senior Software Engineer: Duc shared his method of leveraging AI to streamline the assessment of engineers’ resumes, a feature now integral to our internal staffing optimization processes.
- “Say Congratulations in an AI Fashion” by Tam Nguyen, Software Engineer III: Tam highlighted the fusion of technology and emotion, demonstrating how AI can craft unique congratulatory messages to enhance the user experience.
