Memo embarked on his academic journey armed with two university degrees. His first venture focused on Graphic Design, but it was a web design course taken near the end of his degree that would change the course of his life. The course introduced him to the world of software development, igniting a fascination that would shape his future. After completing his Graphic Design degree, Memo made the decision to invest his time and resources in pursuing a degree in Computer Systems Engineering at the University of Valle de Atemajac (UNIVA), driven by his passion for technology.

During his studies in Computer Systems Engineering, Memo’s objective was to secure a position as a software engineer. His determination helped him secure a professional internship at IBM, courtesy of his school’s partnership with the tech giant. This internship was his initiation into the software testing world, an unexpected yet pivotal turn in his career.

Memo’s passion for software quality was undeniable, evident through his extensive research and dedication to mastering every facet of the field. Little did he know that this would lead him to discover his true calling as a Software Quality Engineer.

Through the twists and turns of his professional journey, Memo faced numerous personal and professional challenges that molded him into the resilient individual he is today.
