Wizeline built an internal platform to scale our software development business. We use the platform to collect data and quantify how we staff project teams, as well as provide our clients with transparency into how we work. The platform team is working to add smart recommendations features for assembling teams and taking Academy courses to skyrocket the careers of all employees.

StartupGDL is an organization based in Guadalajara, México, focused on high-tech jobs, startup growth, and economic development. StartupGDL was founded by Wizeline CEO Bismarck Lepe and has engaged over 60 foreign tech companies and created over 40 jobs. The team works with fast-growth companies from around the world to expand their engineering operations in Guadalajara.
